  • Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days from order placement
    A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns:

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned
  • Contact support@carrycraft.store to get a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping is free; otherwise, customers cover shipping

Exchanges:

  • Available for defective, damaged, or wrong items
  • Contact support to start an exchange

Refunds:

  • Issued within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting your return
  • Partial refunds may apply for used or incomplete items (not due to our error)

9. Can I cancel my order?

  • Before shipment: Yes, contact us immediately
  • After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled, but you may return the item after delivery
